The usual fluids that are most commonly
used within a heat
exchanger coil, also known as a
hot water coil, are water, a water-glycol
solution, steam, or a refrigerant. In
a hot water coil, steam and hot water
are the most common, and this heated
water is supplied by what is commonly
called a boiler.
Standard
chilled and hot water coils are
manufactured for virtually
any type of chilled water, hot water
or glycol system.
Custom casings, fin spacing and
circuiting arrangement to meet almost
any application requirement are
available.
