Issue: Three year old Carrier YVAA0273DGF46 Air Handler Units has been losing cooling capacity and the microchannel coils are severely corroded.

Solution: Replace the 28 coils in the two Carrier YVAA0273DGF46. The project engineers contacted Rahn to explore their options for upgrading and replacing their coils. Rahn engineering team developed copper tube/ aluminum fin replacements for the microchannel coils.
The hotel expects to have twice the life expectancy as well as significant increase in operational efficiency with the tube/fin coils. The hotel was elated with the coils and find it very rewarding to increase customer comfort while enjoying significant operational cost reduction.
